Mirror finishing
Our mirror finishing achieves a surface roughness (Ra) of 0.01 μm.
By mirror-finishing the final finish of mold parts and others, the coefficient of friction is reduced and the life of the parts is extended.
The mirror processing is also indispensable for increasing the degree of film adhesion in coating for the purpose of further improving sliding.
