Finishing/Aero lap
Using diamond paste, we utilize a tools such as ultrasonic grinding machine to perform mirror finishing.
Complicated shapes that need mirror finishing are processed using a fluid lapping machine called Aero lap.
The product is checked with a microscope from time to time and finished in the best condition.
