Powder poured into the die is molded by pressure applied by upper and lower punches. Our rotary press die uses KD10, which has excellent wear resistance and chipping resistance. In addition, cemented carbide with excellent corrosion resistance, such as KN grades can be selected. We are capable of integrated manufacturing of various carbide parts used in the battery manufacturing process, such as mold parts required in the battery manufacturing process, slitter blades for electrode foil, and winding cores for winding electrode foil.
