Descaling nozzles are a type of spray nozzle used in various processes in steelworks.
When used as a high pressure spray, SUS nozzles wear heavily on the edges and may degrade the performance even only after a few sprays. However, by combining our carbide technology, it is possible to design and manufacture highly wear-resistant nozzles with a long life. We not only change the material, but also optimize the spray nozzle according to the application. For example, in the high wear resistant nozzle used in the steel industry, the amount of water can be reduced and the energy saving effect can be obtained by increasing the impact force of the spray. Also, in the high wear resistance nozzle used in the paper industry the straightness of the spray (laminar property) is important, so we set strict inspection standards at the time of shipment and guarantee the performance as a spray nozzle before shipment to our customers.
