Slurry Nozzle
The size of the spray particles and spray angle are important for nozzles used for flue gas desulfurization device. Additionally, the extreme environment inside the device causes corrosion at nozzle tip, leading to frequent wearing . As a result, optimal performance of the spray nozzle cannot be obtained, which led to problems such as lower throughput and damage to the device. As solution, we have proposed a wear-resistant nozzle that combines spray nozzle design technology and carbide material selection/processing technology. With our know-how cultivated over many years, it is possible to change the spread of the spray and expand the hole diameter while maintaining the spray performance so that the hole at the tip is less likely to be clogged. In addition, by investigating and analyzing the nozzles that are actually worn, we can propose the optimum carbide material and provide the optimum wear-resistant nozzle that suits the customers. We will solve your problems with wear-resistant nozzles that can only be proposed by us, utilizing both of our cemented carbide and spray nozzle technology.
