EW10
JIS standard: VM-30
Features
Compared to other grades with equal hardness, the fracture toughness value of EW10 is relatively high, so with this grade cracking and chipping can be prevented or improved without reducing hardness. It also has excellent corrosion resistance.
This grade's wear and corrosion resistance is higher than EW25 due its lower Co content, however toughness is reduced by one rank.
